This week we bring to you Carson’s Brewing Company out of the great state of Indiana. Started in 2013 these guys are already award winners 3 times over for the great brews that they are making. This week we try two of those awesome brews in the “Brown Cow” and the “PAGAN.” If are anything like me when you read Brown Cow you followed it up with OW NOW BROWN COW from the American classic Anchor Man. Enough BS onto the Facts. CHEERS!!!!

The Facts: BROWN COW
ABV: 5.0%
IBU’s: 32
Style: American Brown Ale
WAS IT GOOD: I drank this brew at 9 am on Sunday just before the Eagles took the field against the Houston Texans. This helped get my morning started as I was also enjoying this with steak and eggs at the tailgate. Maybe it was the food, the atmosphere or just that it was a good brew that I had such a good time. Soo Yeah it was good.
GARAGE FRIDGE ADDITION: Probably not, not because it wasn’t bad but because I never get a craving for Brown

The Facts: PAGAN
ABV: 6.0%
IBU’s: 45
Style: American Pale Ale
WAS IT GOOD: Coming off a long week this was actually not to bad a Pale Ale.
GARAGE FRIDGE ADDITION: I don’t plan on it. My fridge generally doesn’t keep IPA’s or APAs too often. I reserve those for my boys that come by who actually drink them. Otherwise, they will just sit in there. Sorry boys
