Let’s be honest here, there isn’t a single person that could have predicted this season. The highs and lows have been so dramatic that it almost doesn’t make any sense. Then when it all seemed lost in comes Nick Foles and the defense begins playing again. The city has no clue what is going on and many are beginning to wonder if we should move on from Carson Wentz and stick it out with Nick Foles. My head is spinning from all of the craziness that has happened.

Eagles vs. Giants: Screw the Stats, It’s a Battle of Will at this Point
Look, there isn’t any one thing this team can fix other than wanting it more than the other team this week. Malcolm Jenkins talked about it this week, check out the video below. The football gods have given us yet another chance to get back into this damn thing. The Cowboys knocked off the Redskins on Thanksgiving putting us just a game back if we can win this week. It’s time to step up and take care of business.
POSTGAME: Eagles vs. Saints
That went as bad as it could go. The crazy thing is that we still have a chance to win the division. Insane to think about but it’s true. The Eagles didn’t show up at all to play the Saints on either side of the ball. The injury mountain keeps getting bigger, and they are struggling to overcome those shortfalls. Let’s take a quick look at this one because lord knows we don’t need to beat a dead horse here.

POSTGAME: Eagles vs. Cowboys
Well, they blew that one. The Eagles fell to the Cowboys 27-20 last night. The score is not a representation of effort or good play calling last night. The Eagles failed to establish anything good last night. They went 3 and out on the opening drive just to follow up with a pick on the second drive. My boy DP put it best last night that the Eagles lack a true identity this year. They are not a Team that can put up a ton of points, they are not a team that can pound the rock, they are not a solid defensive team. So what are they?
Eagles : The New Green Bay Packers?
Since the 2010 Super Bowl where Aaron Rodgers became the most loved QB in all of football, the Packers have struggled to get back to the big dance. Yes, they have been close and yes each year Rodgers is healthy they have a shot but that’s just it, it’s a shot. The year following their Super Bowl they went 15-1 and lost in the playoffs. They have been up and down since and Aaron Rodgers has struggled to stay healthy. It shows how difficult it can be to get back. I am greedy and want to see more Championships while we can.
POSTGAME: Eagles vs. Panthers
The Eagles blew a 17-0 lead to lose the game 24-21. Once again the defense gave up late touchdowns to the Panthers and the offense couldn’t find a way to get back into it. There were mistakes made on both sides of the football and if they don’t fix it soon the Eagles could be on the outside looking in this year.

Eagles vs. Vikings (Conf. Champ)
Well, Well, Well look who is still in the playoffs. Your damn right, the Philadelphia Eagles are. We proved all experts wrong this past weekend by winning the un-winnable game. This team is, was, and will continue to be more than one player. Yes Carson Wentz is damn good, which makes the team even better when he is in there. This team is also really good without him because of the talent and they are well coached, and embody the “Team Mentality.” The game wasn’t very pretty but playoff football generally isn’t. The teams match up well and will battle it out, just like this past game. That means we are in for another tough battle this weekend when Minnesota comes to the City of Brotherly Love.

Eagles vs. Falcons (Playoffs)
This is the game of games this weekend. Nick Foles is being treated like a second-rate citizen and we have forgotten about everything that the Eagles have done up to this point. Human nature is that we only remember the last thing that happened. So the Defense is looking good, and Nick Foles and the offense is trash, or at least that’s what the National Media, and some local media, wants you to believe. We completely dismissed Foles’s performance against the Giants as if he were playing the Delaware State Hornets. Remember when we played the Giants the first time we won with a last second 61 yard bomb of a field goal. The Giants games are always tough and you have to dismiss the records for those. Oakland was on Christmas night and the game didn’t mean much outside of wrapping up the inevitable which was home filed advantage. The coach himself admitted to calling a vanilla game plan for the final game of the year against that so called team from Texas. I am angry at how we are acting, we have folded up shop and have taken our ball home and haven’t even played the game yet. BULLSHIT I SAY, BULLSHIT!!!!!!
Eagles vs. Giants
Well here we are once again feeling the pain of being an Eagles fan. There have been videos and testimonials from fans on how we are cursed. Yes it feels that way, especially when your […]
Eagles vs. Rams
Well last week the Birds did the exact opposite of what it was going to take to win against the Seahawks. They didn’t protect the ball, they didn’t protect the QB, they couldn’t run effectively, […]
